Kate's class schedule
Kate is taking a break from teaching regular classes in Devon at this time. Please sign up to her mailing list to stay informed.
What to expect
Kate's classes are flowing and challenging but always with an emphasis on safe alignment. A theme from yoga philosophy or a personal story is incorporated into each class so you continue to learn about the wider aspects of yoga as you practice. Time is always made for a short meditation or some breathwork. All levels are welcome including beginners and easier options are given for more challenging poses. If you have a medical condition or injury that may affect your practice, are pregnant or have given birth within the last 6 months, please let Kate know before class starts.
