The Shakti Sessions (@ The Special Yoga Centre) Session 4: Harmonising Friday August 7th 7-9.30pm, £25 drop-in, £20 pre-pay (concessions £15) In this practical and fun workshop we will activate the core power of the body and draw this into each movement and breath. Learning and applying the Anusara Universal Principles of Alignment helps you attain a new level of integration and inner strength, so you realise you have all the resources you need. The workshop will include some basic anatomy and will move towards a playful, flowing practice focussing on graceful transitions (vinyasa), abdominal strengtheners, inversions and twists. Come along to explore and expand the range of movement and strength of your core and spine!
All levels of yoga practitioner welcome. The Shakti Sessions are a collaboration between Kate Hewett, Lisa Sanfilippo and other teachers of the Anusara method.
