Kate's teaching schedule (August 2009)

Public classes - new Devon classes starting soon!

Kate has been a scheduled yoga teacher at all most of the top London yoga studios (Yoga Place, Triyoga, Yoga Junction) and has taught workshops and retreats in France, Germany and Spain. She is currently in the process of setting up some new classes in Devon. See the workshops page for ongoing London workshops and watch this space for new classes in South and East Devon!

Private classes

Kate works with a number of students on a one-on-one (or two-on-one) basis and particularly enjoys working with people with injuries/joint issues to therapeutically apply the Anusara principles of alignment. She's also keen to help those who wish to start or refresh a home yoga practice or learn to meditate.
